At SHE Lights, we understand the uncertainty buyers face when they shop and purchase online. This is why we have made the delivery, warranty and returns process as transparent as possible to provide you with the peace of mind that in the unlikely scenario where things go wrong, we will be here to fix any problems.

Delivery
- All items are in stock and sent out from our Sydney warehouse at the time of ordering.
- We make sure to that all items sent out will be carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage occurring during transit.
- We use trustworthy couriers for deliveries. Items require a signature for collection or if no one is available at the time a note will be left giving instructions on how it can be collected at a close location near you.

Returns
- Our lights are built using high-quality metals and fabrics and all-electric parts meet Australian regulations from the cord right down to the bulb socket.
- In case there is a problem with the light or even if you decide to change your mind on the purchase – you can return the light no questions asked within 30 days of purchase.
- We will provide a full refund minus IN and OUT shipping costs, the items must be in a re-saleable condition.

Warranty
- SHE Lights offers a 12-month warranty on all lights (Electrical Part).
- If a defect occurs within 12 months we will cover the cost of repairs or send out a replacement.
- If the model purchased is no longer available a replacement of similar value or a credit note will be issued.
- The warranty does not cover user mishandling such as poor handling causing dents or defects to light materials.
